Hi Michael, Joan, and Andrea! My binoculars arrived yesterday via ExpressPost (impressive considering that they were sent out on Monday). They are fantastic!!!!!! We even did some viewing last night after the sun had gone down and could still make out a lot of detail on features that were over 500 metres away. Michael: The binoculars arrived yesterday. I had a pair years ago that went everywhere with me. Unfortunately they were pulled from my neck when I tossed an anchor off my zodiac. It was either my head or the strap that had to break! I am delighted to have another pair. And thanks for your traditional Canadian prompt and courteous service.

Hello - I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the kayak lesson  on August 4th. (07) The 2 instructors were fantastic and I apologize I  have forgotten their names ..... (= Steve H. & Katie)

I was very nervous starting out but they made me feel so relaxed and  comfortable and the personal encouragement and genuine concern really  made for a fantastic experience.... The equipment was top notch as well and as a speciality shop you have so much to offer in both staff and product.

To say the least I was so impressed with the entire experience and  will definitely recommend your lessons and facility. Really looking  forward to renting a few times before I take that plunge on  purchasing my own kayak.
