What are the shorter rounder paddleboards for?
The shorter and rounder boards (all-arounders) are going to be a little slower, and wont track as well as a longer pointier (touring) board but is going to be easier to maneuver as well as feel more stable if you are just lounging around
What are the longer, skinnier, and pointier paddleboards for?
The longer, skinnier and pointier boards are going to be faster through the water, track better but may be a little harder for a novice to maneuver and balance on. Maybe not a great option for the person wanting to paddle out and fish or do some yoga, but great if you want to put some miles between yourself and the crowds!
