Shipping F.A.Q.

How do you ship?

Our regular shipping is with Canada Post’s Expedited shipping service. We use their drop card service so you do not have to worry about your parcel being left unattended on your doorstep. A quick trip to your local post office to pick up your order will be required. If you would rather we have the item left at your door, feel free to reach out to us at the time of your order and we will forego the drop card. Please be aware that Canada Post does will not claim responsibility for the parcel once left at your address.

I have had bad experience with Canada Post, are other shipping options available?

Yes! If you would rather we use fedex, let us know at the time of the order. We will use the fedex equivalent to Canada Post’s expedited service.

I have an account with a courier, can I use my account to ship?

Yes! Please give us a call and email us a copy of the shipping label.

How long does shipping take?

If it is an in-stock item, it will ship within one business day. If the item is out of stock, we will reach out with a “best guess” delivery time. Unfortunately, if the item is out of stock and not already almost here, there are too many variables for us to confidently give a firm delivery time. Once we ship, delivery times will depend on where we are shipping it to. Most places in Ontario are 2-3 business days, our neighboring provinces are generally 3-5 business days while the further provinces and territories and 5-10 business days. Feel free to reach out to us for a more precise shipping estimate

Are faster shipping rates possible?

Absolutely! We have various options available but find Canada Post’s Expedited service to be the best value. If you would like faster shipping, contact a member of our team and we can provide custom shipping quotes.

What is your return policy?

At the end of the day, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from the time that you receive your order to try it out. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to give us a call! Often it is a case of user error and can be solved with a little over the phone troubleshooting! If not, feel free to use the included return label and send it back to us!

How much does shipping cost?

For most items ee charge a flat rate of $19.95 shipping anywhere in Canada. Some smaller items can ship for less. If this is the case, we will refund you a portion of the shipping charge.
