Event Logistics
Meeting Point
Park at our store to unload your gear, then move your vehicle to the large parking lot 100m south to ensure space for all participants.
Cancellation Policy
In case of bad weather, we'll cancel by 4PM on event day for safety. Participants will be notified immediately.

- Water shoes or sandals
- Waterproof bag for personal items
- Sunscreen and bug spray
- Reusable water bottle
- Camera/phone (in waterproof case)
